Who we are

The contact form

When you send a message, we receive your name, your email, and what you wrote. It arrives in our inbox by email. Nothing is stored on this site.

We keep messages as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of our work together. Ask, and we delete yours.

How we measure the site

We measure how the site is used: which pages and sections people open, and how they move through them. Anything typed into a form is never captured.

No cookies are used for this. Visitors are counted with a code made on our own server from the device's address and browser type. The code changes every month and cannot be traced back to a person. The address is used to note the country and city, then discarded; it is never stored. If your browser sends a do-not-track signal, we do not count you. The only cookie on the site remembers whether you chose English or French.

We do not record your screen.

We use the numbers only to improve the site. We never sell or share them.

Where data goes

Our analytics run on our own server in Canada. The site's host and our email provider process data in North America, outside Canada. Like every website's host, ours sees the address your device connects from and keeps standard server logs for a short time.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and we reply within one business day.

Accessibility

This site is built to work with a keyboard, a screen reader, and reduced-motion settings, with text that stays readable at any size. If something gets in your way, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it.
